The Creative Business Boost (“Service”) is run by We Grow Media, LLC (“WeGrowMedia” or “We”). By applying for or participating in Service , you agree:
1. You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
2. You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.
3. You acknowledge that WeGrowMedia will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.
4. By registering for Service, you allow us to use your likeness and any photographs we take during the event. These images can be used for marketing purposes for current or future events.
5. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
6. We reserve the right cancel the Service for any reason. In the event that the Service has to be cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance, WeGrowMedia will reimburse the enrollment fee.
7. The agenda, timing, and location for Service is subject to change.
8. WeGrowMedia reserves the right at any time to time to modify the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
9. There is a $500 fee for any cancellations up to 2 weeks before the start date of Service. No refunds given after that. There are no refunds during or after the Service.
10. You may not publish or share workshop content.
11. Conduct. You agree that you will not communicate or act in ways that are defamatory, libelous, indecent, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, invasive of another’s privacy, promotes violence, or contains hate speech (i.e., speech that attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and/or sexual orientation/gender identity.
12. We offer no guarantee of results by your participation in this Service.
Limitations of Liability
1. You expressly understand and agree that WeGrowMedia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE – The information shared in Service (including but not limited to information contained in text files or conversations) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, or legal matters. Neither we nor our partners, or any of their affiliates, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death.
3. In no event shall WeGrowMedia or Service be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services or this agreement (however arising including negligence). You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, WeGrowMedia partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
4. WeGrowMedia accepts no responsibility for loss of tickets, nor for the loss of personal articles and effects, nor for personal accidents, injury or death, nor for losses or additional expense due to delays or damages in transportation or other services, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, or warlike conditions, weather or any other causes or for any of the above arising due to participant’s participation in the Service.
5. Your participation in Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an ”as is“ and ”as available“ basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
6. WeGrowMedia does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
7. WeGrowMedia does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
8. WeGrowMedia does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
